Our company also serves in areas such as hydrostatic, testing, clean-up, drying, and calliper with the strength of expert cadre and equipment it has formed within its body besides pipeline construction. The gauging and calliper applications are to detect the existing dents and ovalities in the pipeline. Those applications are normally processed for the first control of the newly constructed pipelines. Cleaning And Gauging

Before the hydrostatic testing, each test section is completely cleaned and gauged in accordance with the requirements of international standards (ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, API RP 1110). Before the gauging and cleaning, a systematic inspection certificate programme that proves each weld has a complete NDE certificate is established for each test section. The purpose of the internal cleaning is to remove the debris and any possible foreign material in the test section.

A hydrostatic test operation is executed to prove the resistance, sealing, and volume integrity of the pipeline before the pre-commissioning activities. Aydin Energy and Construction is capable of hydro testing pipelines ranging from 3" to 56". The activities are performed in accordance with the set procedures and safely.

This type of retaining structure is constructed as tangent or intersected piles by an installation method that is defined in the foundation piles section according to soil properties. The structure is supported by anchor rows that must have enough mechanical strength against the tension. This kind of retaining structure is usually constructed where the existing buildings are too dense, and the working area is very limited. Basically, the important construction phases of this structure are summarised as follows:
